We are part of the Spirit Organisation and with their guidance and capital Warwick has continued to expand across South Africa and other jurisdictions over the last two decades. Warwick are Wealth Management experts and professionals and have a qualified staff with exceptional skill levels. Warwick has developed two distinct networks and via these networks clients are introduced to the company and thus all of its products and services.

Established in 2007, the Warwick Professional Network is Warwick's direct link to the thousands of industry professionals that work throughout South Africa and around the world.A huge network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFA’s) and other professionals are aligned with Warwick via our Succession, Intermediary, Advisory and Merger plans.

Established in 2002, the Warwick Lifestyle Network is the largest network of sporting clubs and other senior related activities anywhere in Africa. Several hundred sports, recreational and social clubs, along with retirement villages and other senior associations make up this well established and supportive network.

After graduating BTECH Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2019, Michael began his financial career at Warwick Wealth in 2010. Michael was soon promoted as the Financial Manager for Warwick Invest and was transferred to the Johannesburg office to work closely with the Managing Director. After 2 years Michael took a promotion as the National Sales Manager for Warwick's Lifestyle Network, where he travelled the country with his sales team. In 2016 he discovered his passion for assisting clients and started the trasition to that of a Wealth Specialist. In 2018 Michael suffessfully completed his PGD in FInancial Planning at the University of Stellenbosch and has been managing clients ever since. Due to Michael's ongoing commitment and service excellence, he has further been promoted to the Regional Manager of the Western Cape.

Marc Wiese is the Managing Director of Warwick Wealth. He matriculated from Paarl Boys High and graduated at the top of his class with Honours in Bcom Financial Management from the University of Stellenbosch. He has worked at Warwick since 2012 and has extensive experience of all areas of the business.

He joined the Warwick Board and EXCO in July 2014 and has since held numerous positions within the Warwick group, including Financial Director, Managing Director of Operations, Investment Management and Wealth Management.

Marc’s background knowledge of the Warwick group and the financial services industry has positioned him well to lead Warwick forward and implement its ambitious expansion plans across South Africa. His experience and ability will anchor Warwick to consolidate its current position.

Tiaan Meyer

Tiaan Meyer is the Financial Director of Warwick and a member of Spirit EXCO. He graduated from the University of Stellenbosch as a Chartered Accountant in 2012. He started his career as an auditor where he gained valuable exposure across various industries ranging from small investment firms to JSE listed companies.

Before joining Warwick Tiaan spent five years at Woolworths in the Corporate Finance division, first as Group Accountant and subsequently moved into the Africa division where he played an integral part in growing the business across the continent.

He joined Warwick in 2015 where he began his Warwick career as the Head of Finance. He has a wealth of experience when it comes to dealing with IFRS and Taxation and he was promoted to the position of Financial Director at the beginning of 2017.

Ryan is a proud and loyal matriculant of Wynberg Boys’ High School. He is a University of Cape Town alumnus from where he holds multiple degrees, from an undergraduate BSocSci LOPHRM, a BSocSci Honours degree in Change Management and a Master’s degree (MSocSc) in Organisational Psychology. He has held a range of important managerial positions within the Group, leading to his promotion as Chief Operating Officer. With this depth and range of experience and understanding, Ryan is ideally positioned to lead operations with the Group.

Deon Myburgh has more than 11 years’ experience in the financial services industry which he spent at large national institutions. Deon joined Warwick as Regional Manager in Port Elizabeth and then relocated to Johannesburg where he now runs the Gauteng area. Deon has been with Warwick for the past 2 years and is exceptionally passionate about financial markets. Deon is currently studying to obtain his post grad.

Connor is the General Manager of Merger and Advisory deals. He was born in Cape Town and matriculated from Reddam House. He then moved to the UK straight out of school and received First Class Honours at Exeter University for Combined Honours in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

Connor has since completed two postgraduate programmes in the field of Strategic Business and Management, at Stellenbosch University Business School and Cambridge University in the UK.

Connor joined Warwick Wealth in 2022; his role is to ensure that Warwick’s professional network deals are onboarded successfully and efficiently throughout the country.

Conrad Clifford joined Warwick in 2009 as a Wealth Specialist, he then went on to be appointed as the Senior Wealth Specialist in Durban and was then appointed as the Regional Manager of Durban earlier this year. Prior to joining Warwick, Conrad was a Financial Planner with a major national institution offering holistic financial planning to individuals and businesses. Conrad is passionate about client service.
